About Operation Opportunity

LOCAL ROOTS. PRACTICAL SUPPORT.

Leave No Small Business Behind

Operation Opportunity helps small businesses find work, understand requirements, organize a response and reach the right adviser. We bring government notices, selected local procurement feeds, Grants.gov opportunities and business resources into one place.

Our roots are in the El Paso–Las Cruces region, including Fort Bliss, White Sands and Holloman. Regional discovery also covers communities across West Texas and New Mexico. Businesses elsewhere are welcome; each opportunity and adviser sets its own service area and requirements.

Built with veterans in mind. Made for every small business.

Search in English or Mexican Spanish, save promising opportunities, prepare your own checklists and find local help. Veteran ownership can open specific paths, but military service alone does not establish federal business certification.

Public browsing and Local Side Work are free. Private bid and grant workspaces require sign-in. Paid writing tools are not active yet. The portal does not submit applications, guarantee an award or replace an adviser.

Our interface and guidance are available in English and Mexican Spanish. Agency names, original notices and documents remain in the language supplied by the source. Check the original for current deadlines, amendments and application instructions.
